Rabewa da zaɓin mai hana busawa

Mafi mahimmancin kayan aiki don fahimtar aikin kayan aiki na rijiyar, shigar da daidai da kiyayewa, da kuma sanya kayan aikin rijiyar suyi aikin da ya dace shine mai hana busawa. Akwai nau'o'i biyu na gama gari masu hana busawa: mai hana busa zobe da na rago.

1.Mai hana zobe

(1) Idan akwai igiyar bututu a cikin rijiyar, za a iya amfani da tushen roba don rufe sararin samaniyar da igiyar bututu da rijiyar ke yi;

(2) Za a iya rufe kan rijiyar gabaɗaya idan rijiyar ba ta da kowa;

(3) A cikin aikin hakowa da niƙa, niƙa casing, sarewa da kuma kamun kifi, idan an yi ambaliya ko buguwa, zai iya rufe sararin da aka samar da bututun kelly, na USB, igiyar waya, kayan aikin sarrafa haɗari da rijiyar;

(4) Tare da mai sarrafa matsi na matsa lamba ko ƙananan ajiyar makamashi, zai iya tilasta maɗaurin bututun da aka ƙera ba tare da ƙulle mai kyau a 18 °;

(5) Idan akwai tsananin ambaliya ko busa, ana amfani da shi don cimma lallausan rufewa tare da rago BOP da manifold.

2.Ram busa mai hanawa

(1) Lokacin da akwai kayan aikin hakowa a cikin rijiyar, za a iya amfani da ragon da aka rufe da rabi wanda ya dace da girman kayan aikin hakowa don rufe sararin zobe na rijiyar;

(2) Lokacin da babu kayan aikin hakowa a cikin rijiyar, cikakken ragon hatimi zai iya rufe kan rijiyar;

(3) Lokacin da ya zama dole a yanke kayan aikin hakowa a cikin rijiyar kuma a rufe bakin rijiyar gaba daya, za a iya amfani da ragon da aka yanke don yanke kayan aikin hakowa a cikin rijiyar kuma a rufe bakin rijiyar gaba daya;

(4) Ragon wasu masu hana busa ragon yana ba da damar ɗaukar kaya kuma ana iya amfani da shi don dakatar da kayan aikin hakowa;

(5) Akwai rami na gefe akan harsashi na ragon BOP, wanda zai iya amfani da ramin gefen ramin matsi;

(6) Ana iya amfani da Ram BOP don rufe rijiyar na dogon lokaci;

3.Zaɓin haɗin BOP

Babban abubuwan da za a yi la'akari da su a cikin zaɓin haɗin haɗin hydraulic busa mai hana ruwa sune: nau'in rijiyar, matsin lamba, girman casing, nau'in ruwan halitta, tasirin yanayi, buƙatun kare muhalli, da sauransu.

(1) Zaɓin matakin matsa lamba

An ƙaddara shi da matsakaicin matsa lamba na rijiyar da ake tsammanin haɗin BOP zai iya jurewa. Akwai matakan matsa lamba biyar na BOP: 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa, 140MPa.

(2) Zaɓin hanya

Diamita na haɗin BOP ya dogara da girman casing a cikin tsarin tsarin rijiyar, wato, dole ne ya zama dan kadan ya fi girma fiye da diamita na waje na casing wanda aka haɗa shi. Akwai tara nau'i na busa diamita: 180mm, 230mm, 280mm, 346mm, 426mm, 476mm, 528mm, 540mm, 680mm. Daga cikin su, 230mm, 280mm, 346mm da 540mm ana amfani da su a filin.

(3) Zaɓin nau'in haɗin gwiwa

Zaɓin nau'in haɗin gwiwa ya dogara ne akan matsa lamba samu, buƙatun aikin hakowa, tsarin aikin hakowa da yanayin tallafawa kayan aiki.
