Mafi mahimmancin kayan aiki don fahimtar aikin kayan aikin sarrafa rijiya, shigar da su daidai da kulawa, da kuma sa kayan aikin sarrafa rijiya su yi aiki yadda ya kamata shine mai hana busawa. Akwai nau'ikan masu hana busawa guda biyu da aka saba amfani da su: mai hana busawa ta zobe da mai hana busawa ta ram.
1. Maganin hana zobe
(1) Idan akwai igiyar bututu a cikin rijiyar, ana iya amfani da tsakiyar roba don rufe sararin annular da igiyar bututun da kan rijiyar suka samar;
(2) Ana iya rufe kan rijiyar gaba ɗaya idan babu komai a cikin rijiyar;
(3) A cikin aikin haƙa da niƙa, niƙa akwati, sare itace da kamun kifi, idan akwai ambaliya ko fashewar bututu, zai iya rufe sararin da bututun kelly, kebul, igiyar waya, kayan aikin sarrafa haɗari da kan rijiya suka samar;
(4) Tare da mai daidaita matsin lamba ko ƙaramin ajiyar makamashi, yana iya tilasta haɗin bututun da aka haɗa da but ba tare da madaidaicin maƙalli a 18° ba;
(5) Idan aka sami ambaliya ko fashewar iska mai tsanani, ana amfani da shi don cimma rufewa mai laushi tare da ram BOP da throttle manifold.
2. Maganin toshewar RAM
(1) Idan akwai kayan aikin haƙa rami a cikin rijiyar, ragon da aka rufe rabin da ya yi daidai da girman kayan aikin haƙa ramin za a iya amfani da shi don rufe sararin zoben kan rijiyar;
(2) Idan babu kayan haƙa rijiya, cikakken ragon haƙa zai iya rufe kan rijiya gaba ɗaya;
(3) Idan ya zama dole a yanke kayan haƙa a cikin rijiyar sannan a rufe kan rijiyar gaba ɗaya, ana iya amfani da ragon yankewa don yanke kayan haƙa a cikin rijiyar sannan a rufe kan rijiyar gaba ɗaya;
(4) Ragon wasu masu hana busa ƙaho na rago yana ba da damar ɗaukar kaya kuma ana iya amfani da shi don dakatar da kayan aikin haƙa;
(5) Akwai ramin gefe a kan harsashin ram BOP, wanda zai iya amfani da rage matsin lamba na ramin gefe;
(6) Ana iya amfani da Ram BOP don rufe rijiyoyin da ke da dogon lokaci;
3. Zaɓin haɗakar BOP
Manyan abubuwan da za a yi la'akari da su wajen zaɓar haɗin hana busa iska na hydraulic sune: nau'in rijiya, matsin lamba na samuwar ruwa, girman akwati, nau'in ruwan samuwar ruwa, tasirin yanayi, buƙatun kariyar muhalli, da sauransu.
(1) Zaɓin matakin matsin lamba
Ana auna shi ne ta hanyar matsin lamba mafi girma da ake tsammanin haɗin BOP zai iya jurewa. Akwai matakan matsin lamba guda biyar na BOP: 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa, 140MPa.
(2) Zaɓin Hanya
Diamita na haɗin BOP ya dogara ne akan girman kashin da aka yi amfani da shi a cikin tsarin rijiyar, wato, dole ne ya ɗan fi girma fiye da diamita na waje na kashin da aka haɗa shi. Akwai nau'ikan diamita guda tara na hana busawa: 180mm, 230mm, 280mm, 346mm, 426mm, 476mm, 528mm, 540mm, 680mm. Daga cikinsu, ana amfani da 230mm, 280mm, 346mm da 540mm a filin.
(3) Zaɓin nau'in haɗin kai
Zaɓin nau'in haɗin gwiwa ya dogara ne akan matsin lamba na samuwar, buƙatun tsarin haƙa, tsarin kayan aikin haƙa da yanayin tallafawa kayan aiki.
