Gaabin wuyan rawar soja mara maganadisu(NMDCs) da ake amfani da su wajen haƙa ramin da aka yi amfani da shi a hanya, da kuma kula da shi bayan amfani da shi yana da matuƙar muhimmanci don tabbatar da ingantaccen aiki, tsawaita tsawon lokacin aiki, da kuma hana tsangwama ta maganadisu ko lalacewar tsarin da ba ta dace ba, wanda zai iya kawo cikas ga daidaiton ma'aunin ramin. Ga cikakkun matakan kulawa da matakan kariya:

1. Tsaftacewa Bayan Amfani
- Cire Laka da Ma'ajiyar Kuɗi:
- Nan da nan a wanke saman ciki da waje na abin wuyan haƙa ramin da ruwa mai ƙarfi ko kayan aikin tsaftacewa na musamman don cire ruwan haƙa ramin, yankewa, mai, da sauran ragowar da suka rage, don hana tsatsa ko tsagewa.
- Yi amfani da sabulun wanke-wanke masu tsaka tsaki (guji acidic ko alkaline mai ƙarfi) don hana tsatsa a saman.
- Busarwa:

- Yi amfani da kayan aikin ƙara girman abubuwa ko hanyoyin da ba su dace da maganadisu ba (misali, gwajin shigar da fenti) don gano ƙananan fasa.
- Duba Zaren Zare:
- Duba zare na ciki da na waje don ganin ko sun lalace, sun lalace, ko kuma sun tsatsa. Yi amfani da ma'aunin zare don tabbatar da daidaito idan ya cancanta.

- Ƙararrawa:

4. Rigakafin Tsatsa da Man Shafawa
- Rufin Hana Tsatsa:
- Gyara ƙananan lalacewar saman ta amfani da fenti mai taɓawa ko shafa mai na epoxy don hana yaɗuwar tsatsa.
- Kariyar Zare:
- A shafa man shafawa marasa ƙarfe (misali, man shafawa mai tushen molybdenum disulfide) a kan zare don hana lalacewa da tsatsa.
- Sanya kayan kariya na zare (misali, murfi na filastik) yayin ajiya ko jigilar kaya.
5. Gudanar da Ajiya
- Bukatun Muhalli:
- A adana a cikin busasshiyar wuri mai iska, tare da ɗanɗano ƙasa da kashi 60% da kuma yanayin zafi mai kyau.

- Kariyar Magnetic:
- An yi garkuwa da abin rufe fuska da kayan hana maganadisu idan ana jigilar su kusa da tushen maganadisu.
7. Gwajin Ƙwararru na Lokaci-lokaci
- Gwaji na Kullum:
- Gudanar da gwaje-gwajen dakin gwaje-gwaje na wasu kamfanoni biyu a shekara/shekara, gami da:
- Gwajin Inganci (bisa ga ASTM A342).
- Gwajin Ultrasonic (UT) ko gwajin rediyo (RT) don gano lahani na ciki.
- Binciken abubuwan da aka haɗa (misali, spectrometry) don tabbatar da ingancin da ba na maganadisu ba.
- Gudanar da gwaje-gwajen dakin gwaje-gwaje na wasu kamfanoni biyu a shekara/shekara, gami da:
- Takardu:
- Kula da bayanan sakamakon gwaji da ayyukan kulawa don bin diddigin zagayowar rayuwa.
8. Horar da Mai Aiki
- Horar da ma'aikata akai-akai akan:
- Haramta kayan aikin ƙarfe yana tasiri akanNMDCs.
- Gujewa aiki/ajiyewa kusa da ƙarfin filayen maganadisu.
- Amfani da makullan karfin juyi don matse zaren bisa ga takamaiman ka'idoji.
Muhimman Kariya
- Guji walda: Ba a iya yin walda a NMDCs gabaɗaya; dole ne masana'antun da aka tabbatar su yi gyare-gyare.
- Daidaita Kayan Aiki: Tabbatar da cewa sinadaran tsaftacewa, man shafawa, da sauransu, sun dace da kayan abin wuya (misali, Monel alloys suna da saurin kamuwa da ammonia; a guji abubuwan da ke ɗauke da ammonia).
Kulawa ta tsari yana rage yawan aikiNMDCYawan kurakurai, tabbatar da daidaiton haƙa ramin da aka yi niyya da kuma amincin aiki. Sauya ko mayar da abin wuya da suka lalace ko suka yi maganadisu ga masana'anta nan take.
